You may have seen on social media this past week that we have made an exciting change with our business; we are proud to announce that we are now affiliated with Compass as a founding team as they launch in Madison! Although Compass may not yet have name recognition locally, we are confident that we have made a switch to a brokerage that will allow us to better support our clients and agents alike using the absolute best tools that the industry offers. Compass has invested over $1.5B in the Compass technology platform, the only proprietary end-to-end platform for real estate agents that allows us to better serve our buyers and sellers.
For the 2nd year in a row, Compass is the #1 Real Estate Brokerage in the US by sales volume. Compass first launched in Wisconsin in Milwaukee, and then after that, they opened more offices in Lake Geneva. Madison will be the 3rd market in the state, with plans to continue expanding north to Green Bay, Door County, and the Northwoods.
