Dunn - Tucked along the shores of Lake Waubesa, Dunn is the perfect mix of rural serenity and natural beauty. Locals treasure the quiet farmland views, scenic bike trails, and lake access. A fun fact here is that development is limited to 1 home per 35 acres! This location is ideal for those who want to be close to Madison but crave a countryside lifestyle. Paoli - This tiny unincorporated village south of Verona feels like something out of a storybook. You’ll find farm stands in the summer, cozy neighborhood taverns, and plenty of space to spread out. Local Favorite Spot: Madison International Speedway; open for multiple days each week in the summer, where several different classes of racers come to compete! They feature nightly food specials; the nachos are delicious!
