A distinctive aspect of the subdivision is its single-entry point, which unexpectedly provided us with a sense of security we hadn't realized we valued. Nordic Ridge doesn't have a homeowner’s association, giving residents the freedom to personalize their homes as they wish. Plus, there are no HOA fees to worry about!

Stuart Lake County Park is a scenic recreational area that is accessible from the neighborhood (we can walk to the end of our street to access it!) It offers a variety of outdoor activities and natural beauty. We enjoy taking family walks with our puppy and exploring the different trails and sights. The park is known for its picturesque setting, with lush greenery, serene lake views, and wildlife. Visitors can enjoy a range of activities such as hiking, picnicking, bird watching, and fishing—all at no cost!
