About Solveig Schroerlucke

Madison-born and raised, I grew up in the real estate industry, with my father serving as a real estate broker and home builder in South Central Wisconsin from 1979-2017. I graduated from Verona Area High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & French from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.

 

After college, I spent time on the East Coast and in Chicago before settling back in my home state. My first personal real estate purchase was a downtown Madison condo. From new to old, my husband and I moved to Stoughton in 2015 when we purchased a classic Stoughton Victorian, built in 1895. We put in sweat equity, painting, updating bathrooms, refinishing kitchen cabinets, and when our daughter was born, we made the bittersweet decision to sell our "old" home and build a new home. We stayed in Stoughton, and can now call ourselves 10-year residents of this wonderful city we call home.

 

When I'm not showing or staging homes, I'm spending time with my family and friends, fur babies (French bulldog, Zoe, Maine Coon, Stella and Newfoundland, Baere), pontooning on Lake Kegonsa, shopping small businesses on Main Street always with a maple latte from Wildwood Cafe in hand, checking out the newest Madison restaurants, and serving on the Board of Stoughton's 50-year-strong community theatre group, Stoughton Village Players.
