About Cat Kimura

Soon after graduating college in Eastern Canada in the Computer Science field, Cat’s
career brought her the Madison area in 2000. She fell in love with its midwestern charm
and adopted it as home, enjoying its many outdoor treasures and entertainment &
cultural offerings. Her management career spanned industries and offered the privilege
of working with many incredible people along the way. She built a reputation as a fair
and skilled negotiator, holding fast to principles that allowed her to build trust and foster
lasting connections.
Looking for a change, she realized she could turn her long-standing passion for real
estate and interior design into a new venture and bring that together with her vast
experience in contract negotiation, creative problem solving, and attentive, results-
oriented communication, in helping people realize their goals in real estate. Her priority
is to listen well and understand your unique set of priorities and needs and then, with
keen attention to detail and a strategic mindset, bring forth solutions. For her, every
interaction is an important opportunity to step closer to achieving your goals, and to set
your mind at ease along the way.
In her free time, Cat finds most joy in the outdoors – and recently underwent a camper
van build-out with her husband, Ray, to facilitate more adventures, as recent empty
nesters. She also loves to golf on the many wonderful Madison public courses,
participates in Breakthrough T1D charity bike rides, dabbles in Latin dance, and enjoys
time with family and friends at home, traveling, or out at the many wonderful Madison
music venues.
