About Allie Nicholson

I was born and raised in Madison and graduated from Edgewood College. Since I was a little girl, I always knew I wanted a career where I was able to help people.

 

Mix in a passion for interior design, renovation, and marketing, and being a Real Estate Agent is the perfect fit. I love being able to get to know my clients and see them through the transaction process from start to finish. I am so grateful to be able to work alongside and learn from such experienced, talented, and dedicated individuals, and I truly love the variety of each day, overcoming unique challenges, and the constant opportunity to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

 

I especially love working with first-time home buyers and getting to educate them on the process of buying and sharing in the excitement of purchasing their first home. I live in Oregon, where I grew up, with my husband, 2 kids, Charlotte (2) and Theo (1), and our black lab, Lyla. We love to be outside, explore, and just spend quality time together. In my “free time,” I love to play volleyball, lift weights, and read.
